CDF offers a variety of classes. Pay by the session or purchase a membership below, then sign up for any class.

Hybrid Fitness classes offered Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 6am, 8am, 9:15am and 5:15pm - Hybrid classes could range from strength to HIIT to gymnastics or anything to achieve a wide range of fitness goals. Come prepared for anything!

Bootcamp w/Miranda offered Tuesdays at 5:30am

Strength and Agility offered Tuesdays at 5:15pm - this class is split with agility training (aimed to improve quickness and balance) and strength training during the hour.

CTFOCDF 30 minutes of stretching, foam rolling, breathing and calming TF down.

CDF Barbell offered Thursdays at 6am - this class focuses on developing the snatch and clean and jerk.
